UNC Basketball's Lessons Learned Before Exam Week | Shooting It Straight with Justin Jackson

In this episode of ‘Shooting It Straight’, Justin Jackson discussed UNC’s tough loss to UConn. Against the Huskies, Cormac Ryan had six points in 24 minutes of action, including going 0-6 from three-point land. What can Ryan do to get back on track? And, is Jackson ready to call Harrison Ingram the best player on this UNC team? Jackson also discusses his thoughts on UNC’s bench play and what he thinks is missing from that group.

At the end of the show, Jackson discusses his favorite NBA arenas to play in, both as a college player and in the professional ranks.

Former North Carolina basketball star Justin Jackson is hosting “Shooting It Straight with Justin Jackson” this season. The show will feature Jackson’s takes on the North Carolina basketball team from the perspective of a former player.

Jackson played three seasons at UNC, from 2014 to 2017. He started 114 games in his UNC career and averaged 13.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists across the three years. In 2017, Jackson was a consensus first-team All-American and ACC Player of the Year. He also helped the Tar Heels win the 2017 National Championship.
