Huge improvement! Always and forever proud of this team! Hoping this is staying forever with multiple players stepping up. The freshmen are absolutely fantastic and everyone had a huge role tonight not just scoring wise but also defensively. Love to see it, never doubted this team 🤍
"garbage" "need to get better" "find some consistency" "that's the problem" These are some of the comments below. Was this game played differently than the one UConn played against Texas, or NC State, or UCLA? Of course it was. How many games are there between now and March? Think there will be some more improvement? Come on, UConn fans…. show some backbone, some trust, some commitment… And some will say, "Just being real." Of course you are, for 9 games into the season, and you're looking for end of season level of play.

Decent game but still had some stagnate offense rotation which allowed UNC to come back. We really need to get better at moving without the ball 🙏🏼
There were glimmers of good ball movement for UCONN this game. Now they just need to find some consistency. I like that Ashyn Shade as a safety valve when others drive to the basket. It goes without saying that Paige is incredible.

Paige was outstanding, Muhl was on the threes, Edwards was the Supreme Allied Commander. Talk about great court generalship. She really looked great today.
