So very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Montross . I watched his entire career at UNC. I was not a Tar Heel fan but enjoyed watching him play. The championship game in 1993 was one of the few times that I pulled for UNC. I also enjoyed his analysis all those years as he called the basketball games for the Tar Heel network. I hope that his family might find the strength and peace to face the difficult times ahead 🙏.
I am trying to hold my tears back.
Eric was a giant of a man on and off the court. He conducted himself as a true professional.
