The No. 21 Florida State Seminoles held off a hard-charging North Carolina team for the 70-62 win in Tallahassee. Sara Bejedi scored a team-high 23 points on 5-9 shooting from three-point range while O’Mariah Gordon added 12 points for the Noles. Makayla Timpson finished with 11 points and 14 rebounds that included a huge offensive rebound and put back while drawing a foul inside the final minute. Deja Kelly scored a team-high 23 points for the Tar Heels before fouling out.
