North Carolina’s defense has been on fire as of late. They currently rank 4th in adjusted defensive efficiency, per kenpom.com. And, UNC held the Seminoles to 36.7% shooting and 27 points in the second half of Saturday’s win. North Carolina has held its last 10 opponents to 70 points or fewer. This is the first time that North Carolina has held 10 consecutive teams to 70 points or fewer since the 2006-07 season. Armando Bacot, RJ Davis, Cormac Ryan and the rest of the team have been getting it done on that end of the floor.
