Smith Center to take on the Tar Heels in a matchup between two teams in the top five of the country. #2 Duke had a roster loaded with Kyle Singler, Gerald Henderson, Greg Paulus, and future head coach, Jon Scheyer. #3 North Carolina had Tyler Hansbrough, Wayne Ellington, and Danny Green on its squad.
