Going to have to find a way to play better on short turn around in the tournament. But can’t complain with a top 10 team, 1st in the ACC, a win over duke (and VA at home) & a one or two seed very much in play for the NCAAs. Go Tar Heels!
It was like God used RJ’s horrible night at VA to motivate him to be what we needed to win against Miami. This season (3) is blessed. Things are kind of odd since Hubert took over.
I was praying we would get this RJ when he moved to the two. Guess some prayers are answered the way we want.
Just when the other team is wearing down, we slow down & help them get a second wind. Doesn’t make sense. Only slow down if up by 20 & under five minutes to go. And maybe never when playing Duke.

I haven't seen anybody talking about this – with the win over Miami UNC secured a double bye in the ACC tournament. They will play on Thursday for sure.

i was hard to celebrate RJ the way heels folded again vs. Miami in the final 3-4 minutes. i was pi$$ed after that game and it was a win.

Yes. We got sped up at the end as the more seasoned coach threw a different look at us, but our coach still led the team to victory. Coach Hubert Davis is a good basketball coach. 71-29 in three years, I’ll take it! He was the right hire.

I miss the 10 game win streak. We've been really wishy washy since. Barely winning games, late game collapses, losing to teams we shouldn't, etc. I hope we return to form as the tourney approaches.
Players should use the backboard more way to many close shots missed thank God for RJ without him this team would be lost.
