First half performances can tell the tale in college basketball. For the first 20 minutes on Saturday afternoon NC State handled North Carolina in every way, leading at the break and looking like the more invested team doing it. But as Taylor Vippolis and Tommy Ashley discuss on The Postgame show, the Tar Heels’ ability to flip the switch and completely shut the Pack down over the final stanza was the difference as the visitors once again head back to Raleigh in defeat, 79-70.
