The UNC big men all seemed to have their way with the Louisville defense, but it was Day’Ron Sharpe that had the best game of the bunch.  Sharpe had a double-double with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocks.

North Carolina vs. NC State:  The #4 Wolfpack led almost the entire game as they defeated the Tar Heels, 82-63.  NC State hit on 45% of their field goals while holding North Carolina to just 35% shooting. Jakia Brown Turner was the leading scorer with 25 points and Kayla Jones added another 20 points.  Elissa Cunane had a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. For North Carolina, Deja Kelly was the leading scorer with 14 points.

Louisville vs. North Carolina:  The Tar Heels defeated Cardinals 99-54 in Chaple Hill.  This was Louisville’s first game since February 1st. The Tar Heels made 60.9% of their shots and had 29 assists on 42 made field goals.  Day’Ron Sharpe led the way for UNC with a 21 points, 11 rebounds double-double.  Kerwin Walton made five three-pointers and scored 19 points. For Louisville, Carlik Jones had 13 points and four steals.
