Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed my summer college vlog of what I do in a week as a college student at UNC.
In this vlog, my friends and I went golf carting (again) around campus showing all the different spots at UNC. We went on a campus tour of Chapel Hill. Also for work we got to tour Ehringhaus which you guys will get to see a sneak peak of. Al’s Burger Shack was also awarded the best burger in the country so we had to give it a try!

With diabetes being such a complex clinical and public health issue, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Medicine has taken an interdisciplinary approach to become a leader type I and type II diabetes research and clinical care. UNC was ranked 6th in federal research dollars in the U.S. in 2017, as well as having 6 basic science departments in the top ten for NIH funding. From the development of drug delivery systems such as the “smart insulin” patch to leading worldwide clinical trials, UNC is making itself known around the world as a top-tier research institution. This research strength coupled with its strong emphasis in collaboration enables UNC to make life-changing discoveries for people living with diabetes.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is the academic “home” for more than 8,100 graduate students. Making up nearly 28 percent of the University’s total student population, graduate students find many ways to contribute to our campus, to North Carolina and to the world. Our University is a collaborative and welcoming community. As a part of that “Carolina welcome,” we want to share important information to help international students learn about life at our University and within the local community.

Luke Maye’s career night (32 points, 18 rebounds) and Cameron Johnson’s (14 points, 11 rebounds) first start as a Tar Heel were more than enough to defeat Boston College.

The Carolina community gathers to welcome Scott De Rossi, who recently began serving in his role as the Dean of the UNC School of Dentistry.
