God awful officiating in this game.
The refs favored UNC. Bad calls on Augustine for Illinois so he fouls out. They never called offensive fouls on May, charging, for UNC.

After watching the last 5 minutes of the game I have to admit Weber did a great job of calling time outs and setting up good plays and screens where players had great looks. Shots just did not go down.

Terrible last few minutes by Illinois. No play calling and just launching 3’s. Inexperienced coaching definitely played a role in the tarheels win

Loved Billy Packer calling Deron Williams the shut down man and then Felton drills a three seconds afterwards lol. This last five minutes was so nerve wracking. By far the two best teams in the country that season.
