Cormac Ryan added 14 points, Harrison Ingram chipped in 11, and Armando Bacot had an off game offensively, scoring 10 points and grabbing 9 rebounds in the win. Quinten Post led the Eagles with 19 points and 10 rebounds in a losing effort.

North Carolina won against Boston College on Saturday, pushing their ACC record to 7-0, while moving to 15-3 overall. Meanwhile, the three teams right behind UNC all lost Saturday, giving the Heels a 2-game conference cushion. Harrison Ingram netted another double-double for Carolina. Armando Bacot shock off an unproductive first half. RJ Davis yet again did RJ Davis things. UNC got critical minutes from the bench, including James Okonkwo. The Tar Heels defense proved important yet again.

North Carolina defeated the Louisville Cardinals, 79-68 in a tough ACC battle. Deja Kelly led the Tar Heels with 23 points and added 6 assists. Alyssa Ustby was terrific for the Tar Heels too, scoring 10 points, grabbing 12 boards and blocking 7 shots in the win. Lexi Donarski pitched in 13 points for UNC, including nailing three 3-pointers. Nyla Harris scored 16 points on 7-11 shooting to lead the Cardinals. Olivia Cochran and Jayda Curry added 14 points each for Louisville.
