Reblogged 1 year ago from www.youtube.comThey say defense travels and for North Carolina on Saturday afternoon, it was their defensive pressure along with another solid game on the boards that propelled the Heels to the 65-55 win. Clemson managed only 35 percent from the field and Carolina held the Tigers scoreless over the last 5:02 of the game while icing the tough road win at the foul line. The Inside Carolina pairing of Dewey Burke and host Tommy Ashley break down the tough ACC road win and look ahead to the big one in Raleigh next week.
North Carolina goes on the road to get their 2nd straight ACC win AND 2nd straight Quad 1 victory. Armando Bacot had a great performance with 14 points & 16. The Tar Heel bench was so helpful, outscoring Clemson’s 14-2, with all 5 bench players scoring – Seth Trimble, Jalen Washington, Jae’lyn Wither, Paxson Wojcik, and Zayden High.
